No customer support. Ordered a meal at a venue and it went to the wrong venue. Notified everyone and the meal was cancelled. Do you think I can find any

Beware of additional charges
Downloaded this app as it offered $10 credit for my local. Gave Apple Pay as an option so I entered my credit card info and only used it once at the bar with a code. Checked my bank account today and have been charged a pending $1.96 fee which was NOT openly explained upon signing. Will take up to 10 days to get this money off pending from my account and even though I’ve cancelled my app, they’re telling me it will take 7 days to remove my details
