They shouldn’t create this loyalty app if we can’t even claim the free gelatos from the shop.
This app is useless as well when comes to collecting points. It’s so tedious.
They also want your bank information by adding banking cards just to collect points. And if one doesn’t want to add, the point collection is super tedious.
Many of their staff members don’t even know this app exist.
When it comes to getting free gelatos, they don’t even wanna give and state that there’s terms and conditions when the app didn’t even state.
Better just delete this loyalty app. It’s pointless and making customers disappointed. Bad marketing.

No support
The store is a 15 minutes walk from my home, the app told me the delivery would take 1hr. It has been over an hr I have no notifications, no information on why it’s delayed or if it’s even ready. No way to contact immediate support. Had to find the stores contact on google maps, called them, and was informed the delivery is made by uber drives and it hasn’t been confirmed by them? Why even make another app if you’re going to use uber drivers anyway and offer no support.

Doesn’t work
This app is the most annoying app I’ve ever used. At least half the time it simply doesn’t open, it frequently drops out and loses its connection so you just get a blank Messina screen. Frustrating.
Pointless
What’s the point of ordering online if you can’t pick your flavour???
To do so you still have to get in line when you get there.
Effectively you are worse off than anyone else that just walk in because you don’t if your desired flavour is going to be available when you get there but you already payed.
