Can’t view cart to continue through to payment. Never had issues until recently hopefully they fix it soon!
Reset password all the time
iOS update then it need re-login then never able to login reset password every single time

Doesn’t let me connect my card
I’ve been a Chatime customer for years and have a lot of points on my membership card. They introduced this app but I didn’t really want to get it as using my card was more convenient for me.
I tried to get a birthday drink and the store told me they don’t accept my card and I need to download the app. I downloaded it and scanned my card, but it said “Invalid MembershipNo”. So I asked the store and they said to make a new account. I made a new account and it just gave me a new digital card with 0 points and didn’t let me scan my old card. The store said they can’t help me, and just said to email support. I emailed support and they said they are reviewing my case and would get back to me. It’s been 3 years and they never got back to me so I still can’t use the app.
