iOS update then it need re-login then never able to login reset password every single time

Doesn’t let me connect my card
I’ve been a Chatime customer for years and have a lot of points on my membership card. They introduced this app but I didn’t really want to get it as using my card was more convenient for me.
I tried to get a birthday drink and the store told me they don’t accept my card and I need to download the app. I downloaded it and scanned my card, but it said “Invalid MembershipNo”. So I asked the store and they said to make a new account. I made a new account and it just gave me a new digital card with 0 points and didn’t let me scan my old card. The store said they can’t help me, and just said to email support. I emailed support and they said they are reviewing my case and would get back to me. It’s been 3 years and they never got back to me so I still can’t use the app.

Won’t let you do anything until you account is verified and the sms isn’t sending no matter how many times I try and it is my correct number

You can’t do anything until you verify via sms but it never actually sends you the sms.
Referral offers
The referrals offers stuck on the screen and cannot claim. I have several referral that I need to claim but its been 3 years now they have not fix the issue. The app developer looks like dont know how to fix it. Hire a better one.

I signed up in app and cannot access anything in my account afterwards. The app says it will send verification email, yet it never does. I know its the right email cause I was able to reset password. It seems the only thing I can do here is reset password. I can't even delete account to make a new one cause it says deletion failed again and again. If you try to contact them it will ask for your member number which you need to verify your email with them supposedly sending a verification email. Which again, it never arrives. Oh, I checked the junkmail and everything. It's not there as well. Its an endless loop of verification email that never arrives and you cannot ask for help because of that blasted member number. You try to click app support here? The link is broken as well. 😤 other companies membership doesn't make viewing my damn member number difficult. Why this one harder to see than my TFN???

Loyalty cards needs to happen for Apple Wallet
The app is fine. However it’s missing the ability to add our loyalty card to our Apple Wallet for quick access, so that we don’t have to go in the app all the time just to access it

I accident entered my wrong phone number when signing up and now I can’t varify my account or do anything because I can’t change or edit my phone number.
Can you please add a new function to edit phone number so the issue gets resolved and to make it easier for users.

App full of bugs
Won’t send sms so cannot authenticate and most app features don’t work. Reinstalling doesn’t fix the problem and cannot permanently delete my details either. Spoke to staff at a shop about this problem and was told, yeah happens to lots of people.

The app takes so much of my time! Also why do I have to choose items on pictures so many times???? It’s freaking irritating

Can’t save Credit Card - so can’t be that secure App to begin with.
Also impossible at times to entire Credit Card number or CVC.
