App doesn’t work
App doesn’t register to membership when entered , and then when it finally did after months of trying can’t check out. Even friendly staff at the store couldn’t figure out why. Please fix it
Horrible app not does not work
The is a horrible app in terms of trying to register as a first time account to become a member. The staff cannot help register manually or anything at the counter either, no one can help. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling this.
Very discouraging and I’ve tried multiple times so had no choice but to order and not receive any points. Unsure if I will order again without the company recognising the hardship in enabling customers to pledge their loyalty…

Does not support WA stores
Stores in WA are close and I cannot order through the app. Favouritism for the Eastern states
Misleading marketing to download their app
Saw the sign said $4.80 for the drink required to join their membership, however after registered all your details and asking for that sales they said it’s for the second one, have to buy two. So much regret for downloaded and registered with unclear marketing. Bye
