Complicated sign up process

Please make the sign up process easier to complete. The phone number verification process is over complicated for no reason. I still have not completed my sign up till now because of this function

Very buggy, not intuitive

Often crashes on startup, and other features often don’t work properly like the Spin to Win, which often wouldn’t let me spin, and app isn’t intuitive at all. Often I can’t redeem vouchers online, and have to get assistance from staff at checkout.
