Literally the worst app in existence. Nothing works.

The app doesn’t even work, you can’t even tap on any of the menu options

It will not let me sign up every time I try enter my phone number it’s an error when it’s correct

Virtually unusable
You can’t click on anything, you sign in but you’re not signed in. Hard to find full drinks menu. Using rewards isn’t intuitive (maybe by design).
Deceptive App
I have ‘won’ the 5k cash draw twice through the spin. But nothing has come of the ‘win’. I have tried to contact pancake parlour, but no response. Maybe this is a defect in the app, but it is very disappointing!

The app is ridiculous to use your points or any offers you need to order and pay online and can’t do it in store with the help of staff that is ridiculous

I LOVE PANCAKES
i love pancakes so much, pancake parolee gives me what i need. i love the promotions and the discounts and the items, sometimes the app can be a little glitchy or slow but over all its easy and useful to use. thank you pancake parlour!

Unique app
It feels a bit clunky initially but works surprisingly well to get dem pancakes (and Chocolate Swiss Mountain Malt!) in mah belly! Spin the wheel is a nice touch to bring people back and engaged / planning their next trip for the yums.

The Pancake Parlour app is a game-changer! It is very easy to use and gives me instant access to all my points and rewards, plus keeps me in the loop with exclusive members offers. Added bonus = the food is always delicious! 🥞
