Very buggy, not intuitive
Often crashes on startup, and other features often don’t work properly like the Spin to Win, which often wouldn’t let me spin, and app isn’t intuitive at all. Often I can’t redeem vouchers online, and have to get assistance from staff at checkout.
Point Redeeming
Constant problems with redeeming points, instruction not clear and every time we end up having to work with the team.

The food and staff at Southland are always excellent.

It was very busy today and I had the same experience as I did on my last visit hats of to everyone at Fountain Gate you did a tremendous job

It will not let me sign up every time I try enter my phone number it’s an error when it’s correct

App membership mixed up between myself and my wife’s phone number. Her points are on my phone and vice versa.

Virtually unusable
You can’t click on anything, you sign in but you’re not signed in. Hard to find full drinks menu. Using rewards isn’t intuitive (maybe by design).
Deceptive App
I have ‘won’ the 5k cash draw twice through the spin. But nothing has come of the ‘win’. I have tried to contact pancake parlour, but no response. Maybe this is a defect in the app, but it is very disappointing!

The app is ridiculous to use your points or any offers you need to order and pay online and can’t do it in store with the help of staff that is ridiculous
