Delivery does not even work
Extremely disappointed. What’s the point of having a delivery option if the store cannot deliver or even able to provide a refund for an order unable to be delivered.
I ordered delivery over 2hrs ago on the app. Called delivery support which redirected me to Uber. Uber said they had not even received my order. I then called up the store and they told me they received my order 2hrs ago but they don’t deliver. I have already paid for my meal and the app does not let me request a refund. The store is also unable to give me a refund. The only thing I was offered was I could get the meal I ordered and paid for next time I go into the store. I didn’t order delivery through the app just so I can go pick up the meal I ordered and paid for another day.
This is a pretty useless app if you actually want to order food.

They dont seem to like the app at least in the coogee store, the orders are just ignored.
Overrated
They say sign up to “skip the queue”. Simply not true. It is consistently quicker to order direct and not on the App. Don’t bother with it
