App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work to add payment methods. It sends a verification code but doesn’t indicate where to add the code. The app provides no loyalty rewards without payment through the app.
Messina Redfern
The app charges twice when I made a purchase at the newly opened Messina Redfern outlet, although the supervisor on 21/12/2024 claims they only submitted once (and was very defensive about it). The glitch/bug needs to be rectified to prevent other customers from getting erroneously. I’m surprised no one picked this up.

Really needs updating
This app is really confusing to use and such an old interface and honestly a mess. Looks like they’re reviewing bombing their app also giving it five stars from bot accounts.
Please fix up your app to make it more user friendly because right now it’s a hot mess.

Payment on the app is terrible
I like the app, but unfortunately I can’t use it as the only payment option is to give them your credit card details as there is no other option to pay in the app (through PayPal or Apple Pay).
