Promos are misleading
It’s not spent $30 get $20 as the ads suggest, it’s install the app, connect your card then before you use it to buy something you need to hunt around the app and find a yes I want the promotion to be activated THEN spend your money and hope that’s the actual sequence for it to work. I tried twice and no love. Given up… for second time.
Zero care into the user experience. If user has spent the $’s to get a reward, give them the reward. If they need to click an activate button BEFORE, how about you make that button a little bigger or put it during the checkout which was all in-app… instead y’all make it hard to find and only slightly different than the already activated notices. I guess you auto-activate some promos but not others. Sour taste in mouth after being taken for a ride twice with this thing.

App would not honor $10 off first order. Very average
Worse app ever
I’ve never left a review for an app in my life but this is seriously the worst app I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. There is no ‘forgot email’ or help and I now have 2 accounts I can’t use.
Extremely Buggy
Unable to login, have tried verifying code several times (and just about everything else). Can’t use a new email to die to phone number being registered. Never had so much trouble just trying to login to an app!

Terrible app, can’t order pickup, have to add card to view menu, then can’t remove that card. The only good thing is they give you $10 sign up bonus.
They need to add Apple Pay
You waste so much time signing up that by the time u realise you need a physical card your phones dead and you can’t pay with Apple Pay either now bc your phones flat
Total Rubbish
Whatever you do, do not forget your password. On the weekend there is no password reset available. Then when you are finally able to do a password reset it sends you around in circles saying your mobile number is already registered.
Updates
Why, when you update, does your password not get recognised. This is very frustrating.

Recently, the app updated and now there is a place where you are unable to order, drinks because the drink menu doesn’t show up

Horrible UX
This app is buggy, slow and just not user friendly. While you may get some deals it’s honestly not worth the hassle of explaining to wait staff the app and how to redeem. Don’t bother!
Immediately blocked
Downloaded the app and tried to register but it keeps telling me I’ve already registered my mobile number. So I tried logging in with both my emails and when they didn’t work, sending reset password links to them. Nothing gets sent. There’s doesn’t seem o be a contact us or anything, and I can’t figure out how I’ve signed up without my email. So my mates got the $10 discount and I sat there for 15 minutes locked out of the app then paid full price. Great.

Bad
I downloaded this app through an instagram add thinking it would be good for rewards but instead it’s taking random sums of money out of my account without permission or reason. I have tried to remove my card but it won’t allow me to. Be careful this app is sketchy

Credit card on sign up!?
Why do I have to upload a credit card to use the app!? I want to be able to see what the app is all about and what pubs I can use the app at before I add any payment method.

As the title says... very annoying
No need for credit card information
I went to register for the app and got to the part of having to add a payment method. No other rewards apps that I have require a credit card to register e.g pubplus. There is no way this sensitive information is required and the app gave no information whatever as to security measures.
