Horrible and want a refund!
Paid for the subscription only to notice that the game I wanted to watch was not being streamed and when it finally showed up, it was the third quarter, and it kept repeating the same exact three or four minutes in that third quarter. So needless to say, it was a waste of time, money,and really bummed I missed the game! But at least the other games were streaming, and to be honest, the streaming quality range from anywhere between NFL status and Nokia flip phone. At least, keep it consistent!

Poor Mobile Streaming
Trying to use this app to mobile stream can be buggy and also impossible to keep up with chat. There is no good chat log so if you do not catch a bubbler you’ll miss a response.
Also the videos can be questionable in quality. Lots of artifacts and low frame-rate.
It’s hard to tell what’s live and what’s pre-recorded because the site shows more VODs or videos than it does stuff that’s live.

Wow
All of my podcasts are signing deals with this app. While the app is basically unusable and has never made even one adjustment to any major issues in at least a year. I’m unable to watch anything because the app crashes or freezes after a couple minutes of watching. This happened every single time I’ve ever used the app. It has updated multiple times and nothing helps.

Not Worth it at all!!
Caffeine is the worst streaming app ever, when I first streamed on caffeine, not gonna lie I was really psyched, because I heard that I can make money from this app, and I’m gonna say its a scam

Url needs to drop caffeine
Url needs to do better. Caffeine stay messing up lagging, bugging and slowing down on live feed. They cant handle big events and high traffic. As long as url has been with caffeine the content only works probably 15 percent of the time. Thats well over a 100 battles and only 5 clean cards. I will no longer support this or the url app for that matter if this is there way to promote the app. There are other ways to watch the battles next day and cleaner and clear quality than in real time

Updated app works but still buggy
Previously, it kept on closing after opening.
I updated the app to the current version and it worked. But it’s still buggy. I can’t see what I type to leave comments. Sometimes it won’t allow me to leave comments.

Worth it
It’s a great alternative to all of the other overrated, overused apps. This is new and fresh and easy to use. Just wish you could stream it from devices or link it to smart TV’s.
Comment Section bugging out…
Love the app, easy to use, navigate, etc… my only problem is, when i am watching things live, EVERYTIME i attempt to leave a comment, when pressing “send” the entire comment secrion DISAPPEARS & I’m not able to see any more comments unless i close and re-open the app… Even after closing and re-opening, if i choose to comment, the EXACT same thing will happen AGAIN… please release a patch update to fix this, i have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and i have deleted and installed the app multiple times. My account is also verified by email…

Too many notifications but not the right ones
I keep getting notifications for things I am not following despite having the app set to only notify me when someone I follow goes live. Interestingly, I never get notified when someone I'm following goes live.
I also kept getting emails constantly even though I unsubscribed every time I got one. I ended up having to change the email attached to my account because unsubscribing never worked.

Could be improved
I enjoy this app a little more than other streaming apps, however I wish you were able to download it on more things. For example, I wish I was able to pull up a stream on my laptop or Xbox and watch it. I personally don’t like to watch streams on my phone, which is why I usually use other apps that I can watch comfortably on my TV. This makes me not use the app as much as I would like and I hope that eventually it’s not just able to be used on a phone, tablet, etc.

Currently you can watch all Caffeine content on a laptop using the Chrome or Firefox browsers, simply go to https://www.caffeine.tv/. As we grow we will be adding more platforms.
Quite literally stole my money
Went on this app to watch someone who usually streams on twitch. I try spending 10 bucks on “gold” so i can send a cheer emote to the streamer, apple says the purchase is successful but the gold doesn’t show up. I thought i was a visual glitch so i try sending the emote and it says i don’t have any gold. I check my account and it actually took the money from my apple account and gave me nothing in return. Broken app, just use twitch instead it’s much better

Will Not Login Anymore (Updated 9/19)
I signed up for an account to watch URL Genesis and that stream was a disaster.
I kept my account with hopes that it would get better; however, today I noticed the app logged me out & I could not get back into my account even after resetting the password.
I literally would have to make a new account just to use this app.

Now I’m going to miss Summer Madness X because I can’t do something as simple as logging into the app.
If you are a fan of battle rap it’s better to just download the URL TV app and pay $8/month than to waste your time on Caffeine.

Best app but a little laggy
When ever I watch one of my favorite streamers after a while the stream would get a little laggy so I have to reset the app over and over again but it’s a good app overall

Somewhat good app
Downloaded the app it was somewhat good and then it signed me out one day so I contacted the support team and they said that they warned me multiple times for breaking there guidelines and on top of that they never sent me an email post message saying I had broke there rules and I world have been glad to stop whatever it was that I was doing but I wasn’t informed. So now I was informed that I can’t make any more accounts in the app and that is honestly stupid. There support team is trash because they never issued a statement of any type regarding me braking the guidelines so over all the app is great but they need to get better support service because it is so trash. I would love to stop whatever it was that I was doing and watch some of my favorite people that I used to watch but they will not unban me. So over all download if you want but there support team needs to change in some way.

The only thing I mostly hate is that it won’t let me sign up for it I downloaded it when I put all my information in it said sorry you are not eligible to sign up at this time and I waited for about 10-15 minutes and it still didn’t work so if you can maybe fix that the I will love to use this app when one of my favorite YouTubers are steaming on it.

Amazing app but...
This is an AMAZING APP I recommend this app to anyone who sees this but it says that I have an older version of the app and it won't let me update it so I can't really use the app but I have it on my iPad but if someone can help me with this please help 🙂
Not being to even get in because I’m apparently not age appropriate
Honestly I saw how many good ratings it got and I saw stuff about it and that some of my favorite youtubers would be live on there but when it said I wasn’t at the right age the made me a bit sad and mad because I thought it would be nice to try out because a lot of things that look fun but you have to put your birthday in and says your not the right age just like really even though you look at it and it looks okay for someone like me I’m just not even able to get fun apps because of this reason anymore...

Really Good but a bit Confusing
This app is really good. It is also confusing in my opinion. I feel like there should be a way to follow your favorite games and I also feel like it should be easier to get to your favorite streamers (like a follow section for the people and games you follow) but other than it being slightly difficult to find what you are looking for, GREAT app!

Idk how to feel
The app is neat due to the fact that it gives people a way to have there name shared by people. I like what the does for all the small boys in the world. I was watching this guy though, and I couldn’t read his chat. I said, “ you should change her chat color because I can’t read it half the time.” To which he reply’s with, “ I Can’t “..... I think that allowing people to change the color of the chat would make it a lot easier for the people to read. BTW the chat I can’t read is on the screen not the chat in the 4x box. ( I will be giving more advice as I go ) have a good day
