1 start is not for what the app is offering but how badly they are treating my account.let me start by saying overall in underdog I am breaking even at most,and I’m a small bettor of $3.5-$5 for each bet I place,on streaks I’m doing $1 and never reached above 6th step.suddenly they shadow limit my account without any explanation,meaning zero boosts,zero offers,zero gimme picks,zero deposit match bonus,no streaks!!!!and all these out of the blue.reached at the discord support,they transfered me to the in app support and them,they transfered me to the internal team support!!!!no answers no nothing.
Bad customer service for a low profile player who never did anything to try and cheat or harm their product
Update:I did contact them and not only nothing had changed but they didn’t give me an actual answer about why this is happening
2nd update:I don’t really know your standards,and I sure hope that you are doing well in general,but after 2 weeks from when I contact the in-app support nothing has changed an no-one came with an answer of why this is happening to my account.you can check my emails and verify the truthfulness…apparently they don’t care
