Bugs
There are so many issues with this. You will be in the middle of a hand and it’ll freeze. Then you lose and it’s like what!? Then after you report it good luck winning that case. I had an instance where I was also playing blackjack and went to double but didn’t have enough money. Instead of it letting me deposit to double it dropped me out of the game and took my money. It never even showed me the dealers cards. Then when I submitted for a review, you never get an answer. It has been 5 days and they are still pending. Every day it’s like an ai keeps telling me “my case is a priority and they will get back with an answer as soon as possible.” When is soon!? Lol
Sounds like no real review process for their glitchy and buggy system that is costing customers hundreds if not thousands of dollars per person. Do NOT play this online betting app, it IS SCAMming you. Just go to a casino. At least they provide rewards for you gambling and can’t cheat you out of your money.

For some reason every single app that’s good for making a profit or gambling isn’t available in Louisiana.
Takes forever to get your money
I change my 5 star to a 1 star simply because they take forever to pay you trash af. Every other app I use like prize picks and DraftKings pay you instantly no matter the amount. They said it takes 24-72 hours I waited 72 hours still nothing I reached out to support and they said reach out to my bank to confirm when the payment gonna be in my account what a joke I should of known this was gonna be bs when Jake Paul involved
