Horrible app
This app is beyond unrealistic when it comes to the casino. The casino odds of winning are less than 10%. It’s so imaginably unrealistic that you have a better chance at hitting the lottery than even winning a $1 on this app. Clearly they aren’t about user experience or reality. Better off playing FanDuel it’s 100x more realistic than betr. This app is pure garbage to railroad you for all your money. The customer service reps don’t care at all they give automated responses. They know it’s pure trash

Biggest waste of time and money
Decided to try the blackjack, slots, casino in general for fun after seeing all the ads, lost to 7 blackjacks IN A ROW!!!every time I get a good hand dealer ALWAYS has 1 more than me, coincidence?.. I think not, don’t even bother with this app, worst waste of space on my phone i’ve ever used.

They offer you promotions, but even when you opt in to them they don’t pay you out or you have to talk to support and get the free spins or whatever they’re offering a week later than they promised. Every. Single. Time.
