Suspended account
Successfully created an account. The app asked me to link my bank account. As soon as I linked it with the correct account, the next page that loaded said account suspended. Had a conversation with customer support and they basically said they can’t discuss why it’s suspended and that there was nothing they can do.
Seems sketchy that they did it after I linked my bank account. On a sidenote, it takes some digging to find the place to message customer support.

August 24 2026 Had a 10 leg parlay that had hit 8 legs and was from $5 to $374. I wake up and my entry is not in the app anymore. I contact support and they escalate the issues saying it’s a software issue. When I see my entry again they have voided it for no reason. I contacted support telling them it’s illegal and they won’t even give me a reason on why my only winning slip was voided. This is outrageous and illegal and in an obstruction from winning. When asked for help all they tell you is they’ll escalate the issue without doing anything. Scam app don’t trust them they’ll take your money when you lose and when you win.

This app is completely made to steal money. The developers designed this game to give you the lowest odds possible of winning. The casino is a complete scam! Warning! Don’t waste your money. Bugs
There are so many issues with this. You will be in the middle of a hand and it’ll freeze. Then you lose and it’s like what!? Then after you report it good luck winning that case. I had an instance where I was also playing blackjack and went to double but didn’t have enough money. Instead of it letting me deposit to double it dropped me out of the game and took my money. It never even showed me the dealers cards. Then when I submitted for a review, you never get an answer. It has been 5 days and they are still pending. Every day it’s like an ai keeps telling me “my case is a priority and they will get back with an answer as soon as possible.” When is soon!? Lol
