This app is fantastic for all of my banking needs.
Not functional
Every time I log in there is always an error to call. I have to log out and in multiple times to get it to work.

This app never works. Says it’s violating Apple security protocols but doesn’t say how? How lovely to have a mobile banking app but never have access to it because it says there’s a login error or it can’t be authenticated. But I go to the webpage and it works just fine. Make it work.

After almost 45 years with CAHP I continue to be amazed at their quality of service. Being notified immediately of activity in the account has been fantastic

Also the card still doesn’t work on Apple Pay! It’s 2023 and can’t add my card to Apple Pay. Pretty ridiculous.

Super buggy app
I love the credit union, that being said this app is super buggy and fails to load all the time or other parts don’t work. I hate that you have to always answer you security question rather than using my Face ID. Lots of things that could be done to improve the user interface. Navy fed has a great app so I know it’s possible to improve, they just need to reach and talk to people to figure out what they need on their app. It also takes FOREVER for transfers to post when moving money in the app. Again, great credit union, not a great app.

Mobil deposit is trash
The Mobil deposit feature is garbage. Took photos on a dark background with a new iphone over 30 times and still it won’t go through. This happens every pay period. Check is already endorsed for this bank so I can’t take it to another. Does this bank want my money or not? Please fix this problem.
Apple wallet? Ditto
Will our accounts be able to be added to Apple wallet and Apple Pay? I hope this feature is added soon.. Thank you..
incredibly unreliable
the app works maybe 50% of the time i try to use it. I can log into my account on the website no problem, but the app always says it can’t validate my login credentials, even when there’s no difference in passwords or login info. It’s not a huge deal to have to use the website instead, but it’s more inconvenient.

Wonderful Financial Institution
I have been a member of the CAHP Credit Union since 1978 and have never been dissatisfied. They are more like family which you can feel whenever you walk into there office. Wonderful people who are always smiling and ready to help.
Glitchy
This is most glitchy app I have ever used. So many improvements need to be made.
Glitches Too Much!
The app has many good tools… when it works. I’m frequently getting kicked out of the app while I’m using it, and have to log back in. I work for the CHP, and have a terrible time trying to mobile deposit state checks. The app just doesn’t seem to be able to read the numbers at the bottom of the check. Incredibly frustrating.

Constant issues
Great app but it seems every other time I try to log in I get the “under maintenance” message. I have had to call twice now to get my account to allow me to log in.

Frustrated
This app was working fine until recently. Every time I open up the app, it says “No connectivity...etc”. I’ve tried restarting my phone, restarting app, and also deleting app and uploading again. Still the same thing. Now I have to revert back to signing in through their website like I did in the past if I want to check my account. Disappointing...

Horrible app
This app needs major improvements!! Credit card info doesn’t even tell you your available balance like every other bank app out there. Within the last few weeks the app keeps kicking me off saying I don’t have internet connectivity when I do. Please fix this app soon. Makes me want to bank with someone else.

Login
The app won’t let you log in. Just does a constant loop of entering your name and password.
Can never log on
Every time I try to log on it asks a security question and my daytime phone number. All goes well and then it sends me back to the log on screen. Horrible.
