Popa app never works

Since the update they logged me out of account and now supposedly they don’t recognize my information that I put to log in. This app is always something wrong.

Don’t like the new format. Old version was easier to navigate and check your statements.

Terrible Customer Service

This is so frustrating, I can’t look up my bank information because the app was changed without warming. Now I’m trying to log in and it’s prompting my to change my password even though the page specifically states it is not necessary to reset your password but it’s not giving me an option. Useless!
