I am really happy that I’m able to purchase items from Taobao, all thanks to this app. I love that they take pic of what’s inside the package and get to pick how the items will get shipped to different countries (some are expensive and some are reasonable price ~$20).
I want to also appreciate the workers hard work, wish I could tip them for it☺️.

app一直说繁忙，手机淘宝账号都不能用。
Do not use this app
This would have to be the worst app I have ever ever used. Items get sent to the consolidation warehouse and then get refused because of different reasons that I am not familiar with as I am in Australia and Chinese shipping is different. When I try to follow up each time it’s always in Chinese and I have to translate each time. I get stuck with the AI assistant and go around in circles trying to get in touch with someone.
During the process of your seller sending to the consolidation process warehouse you are able to get in touch with someone to ask about your order but once your order is merged and sent to your country there is no follow-up service. I cannot get in touch with anyone with their systems my order has been sent six weeks ago and I have not received it. I have other orders that were meant to be sent to the consolidation warehouse from Taoboa sellers but I cannot follow up on that either because I cannot get in touch with anyone it’s the most ridiculous app and time wasting app. I wish I paid more money and just order directly from Temu or another place. This is honestly not worth not worth it and you don’t save any money on the shipping.

拖延的理由就是海关扣货，而且还是中国海关。其实他们就是在这儿乱收费，而且根本看不到最后的像垃圾一样的公司
Standard dropped no longer trustworthy
This used to be a really good service in 2025 but now in 2026 they just dropped their ball so bad it's always delayed and items are missing and customer service goes in loops like amazon does and fails to resolve any issue at all. I am switching back to my old private shipping companies once my current shipments all arrive (if at all, fingers crossed). Very disappointed.

Scam. Buyer beware. Cost of shipping is 50% more than shipping direct from tao bao. Tao bao shipping is also faster. No english service. App is also horrendous. FAQ does not disclose you cant redirect to another address in china and use different third party seller.

It works… until most system update
This is an app for international shipping and consolidating packages, and it used to work — until recently. The recent system update last month was like a wrecking ball, destroying everything. It’s full of bugs and glitches, one after another. I can no longer login from USA. The registration page will have a mandatory phone number binding request which it doesn’t even send a text to the phone number I provided. I have to contact customer support time and time and time for each and every blocker I encountered to use it. And today it’s the one last straw: they changed the depot code for receiving goods automatically without telling me, so all the items I ordered, got shipped to the original depot, and I can’t even see it from this app. I had enough.

Don’t use them!
I've shipped with this company loads of times, but man, they've really gone downhill lately. They’ve lost my stuff more than once, and I’m pretty sure their weighing scale’s fishy too. Complained to customer service, but it didn’t do a thing.

优惠券都是骗人的，有一万种后续坑钱的方式。不管三七二十一先收费，打包方式混乱，运输速度慢，客服也很差劲。难以想象阿里亲儿子转运做的这么垃圾，不会再用了
最垃圾的公司没有之一
没有比菜鸟集运更垃圾的集运公司了，千万不要用，丢东西甩锅，称重多收费，延误时间各种找理由，我寄特快空运，结果发现是用美国联邦快递的FedEx SmartPost，无敌巨慢的快递种类，各种找理由推脱责任。
