Greedy and insensitive App
I recently used their service, and it was a complete joke. The quality was abysmal, the experience was horrible, and I was left entirely unsatisfied. When I realized what a farce it was, I immediately reached out to their customer support to demand that they add my funds back. Any legitimate, respectable app with a shred of decency would look at an incredibly unhappy customer and try to make it right. But not LoveWise.
They flat-out refused to return my funds. They don't care that their service is terrible. They don't care that I was clearly not satisfied. Once they have your money, they lock it down like thieves in the night.
Here is the truth about LoveWise:
Horrible Customer Service: They don't listen, they don't care, and they treat paying users like garbage. They completely brush off legitimate complaints with copy-pasted, robotic responses.
Predatory Practices: They are designed to trap your money. Their entire business model relies on tricking people and then refusing to give refunds when you call them out on their subpar service.
Zero Integrity: They have absolutely no shame. They are greedy, unprofessional, and running a straight-up hustle.
I am writing this to explicitly name and shame LoveWise so nobody else gets played the way I did. They thought they could just take my money, deliver a horrible experience, and get away with it. Well, think again.
If you are thinking about spending even a single dime on this app, DON'T. Save your sanity and your cash. Go to a company that actually respects its user base, because LoveWise is a toxic, money-hungry scam. You have been warned!
