Good app but I cannot get through the worst screen. I had it before but repaired my phone and then it never got past that screen. Contacted support but no response. I need to talk to Luna starlight urgently but no help

I recently used their service, and it was a complete joke. The quality was abysmal, the experience was horrible, and I was left entirely unsatisfied. When I realized what a farce it was, I immediately reached out to their customer support to demand that they add my funds back. Any legitimate, respectable app with a shred of decency would look at an incredibly unhappy customer and try to make it right. But not LoveWise.
They flat-out refused to return my funds. They don't care that their service is terrible. They don't care that I was clearly not satisfied. Once they have your money, they lock it down like thieves in the night.

Horrible Customer Service: They don't listen, they don't care, and they treat paying users like garbage. They completely brush off legitimate complaints with copy-pasted, robotic responses.

I keep trying to leave this review but I keep getting booted out. Hopefully it works now. I want to see if predictions will come and give this app a chance before I leave a good review. I have not had any problem service responding to me that’s probably the best thing. Customer service does not hold their psychic accountable. I got a reading from. Fabien Chaney and Robson Goodman and I think they are the same person or a robot, and I can guarantee it. It shows that they vote were online at the same time they were giving me the same and answers copied and paste it was crazy. I brought it to their attention and told them that they were sending me the same messages and that I was telling customer service and they was like okay what else can I help you with. Like WOW. I inbox customer service and they asked me to screenshot it and I did. They sent me my money back as a credit to my account. But the psychics are still on their live giving reading. The only thing customer service will tell you to do you don’t want them in boxing you to block them. That’s like their favorite response when you bring up your concerns about their psychics. How about TakingTaking them off the app when you have proof that they’re scamming ppl. Okay now I have three of their psychics that I have been going to by the name of Serena heartlight, Luna starlight, and Ezra Simon. I told them my future about my ex and his new girlfriend out about. The exact day that I found out. I reached out to them. It was my first time using this app. I’m vulnerable, and I’m scared and I’m breaking down. I trusting them. customer service always tell you to read the reviews before choosing the psychic and that’s what I did. I made sure that they were 4.9 star in above. I want y’all to pay and if you look at their reviews, you will see people saying I hope the predictions come true you don’t really see people saying that the prediction came true. You do see them saying resonated they were on point. My point is none of my predictions came true. I know people energy change, but they just lied to me all together. I thought my ex was in school and I was asking them how school going for him. They were telling me that school was going really good His new girlfriend gets on his nerves and tries to keep him from studying. When I talk to my ex, he’s not even in school and they can’t say that he dropped out. He never even started. They promises tha he wanted to be with me. Nope not true. They told me what I wanted to hear so they can update me everyday to get money out of me. they will make it their mission to come in my inbox. I don’t know why I haven’t learned my lesson yet. but when you look at a reviews and they look good like 4.8 you think you finally found something real. they sold me a dream and took a lot of my money and that's my fault.
