it keeps charging me and won’t let me cancel my account it says it’s sending me an email when i go to manage billing and that’s a lie i’ve checked my email multiple times and they haven’t sent me anything and i’ve put resend email and changed the email many times
STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!
I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION MONTHS AGO AND THEY STARTED CHARGING ME AGAIN OUT OF NO WHERE WHEN THE ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELLED. IF THIS DOES NOT STOP, I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS. THIS STARTUP BEHIND THE APP IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!
New Version is Useless
The old version was awesome. 5/5 starts. The new one removed most of the features, and the features that do exist don’t work at all. Bypass AI literally doesn’t give any output. Can no longer uploaded sources for writing papers. Completely useless and a scam now!
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE CAKTUS IS A SCAM
I canceled my subscription over a year ago, yet they’re still charging my account. So far, I’ve lost $180 to this scam. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but they just send the same automated response without offering any real solutions. Their response claims, “Caktus AI has recently charged all accounts whose subscriptions failed due to insufficient funds.” However, I never had insufficient funds, and even if I did, my subscription only lasted two weeks—nowhere near a year’s worth of charges. To make matters worse, they’ve made it impossible to log into my account without repurchasing the subscription.

Terrible website/app
Terrible customer service, I have reached out multiple times trying to cancel my subscription and have been wrongfully charged. The website is terrible as it prompts me to buy a subscription before I can even click anything. Wish I was never involved with this cite/app they make it very hard to cancel your subscription.
