I have been charged monthly with no way to contact them to make it stop!

This app is a complete scam, I’ve tried to cancel my membership for over a year and have been charged for the 6 month membership twice. It doesn’t let you cancel it even though there’s a button for it, the app freezes everytime you try and cancel. And the ai doesn’t even work anymore, so I’m paying for a useless app

App crashed
I have consistently use this app since about December of last year and it has worked great but now all of a sudden it’s not working and when I logged out and tried to log back in it’s now saying it doesn’t recognize my email. I even canceled this subscription and tried to create a new subscription and it’s still not working.

Great….when it’s working
Was working great till about 3 days ago. Now the app doesn’t work at all. Does absolutely nothing. It’s 5* all the way when it works. Can’t answer a question now but knows how to collect $6.99.
App Crashed
I have been using this app for over a year. All of the sudden it stop working. It won’t answer any questions just constantly spinning as if it’s thinking. So I signed out and tried to log back in, it’s now saying can’t find my email. Mind you I pay 6.99 monthly my subscription isn’t over till the 25 of the month.
