Work on the PIN code it’s exposed during typing we don’t need people to see what we are typing it’s terrible do something about it

I love your services but why can’t we make transactions on the weekends? And why can’t we buy Airtime using the App? More often than I’d like, I will transfer money from my mobile money to my Cal Bank account and the money will up 24or 48hours to show which is very frustrating and I can’t seem to understand why we can’t transfer money from the Cal Bank app to a TELECEL Number! Why why why? Don’t you innovate? Now my money is being held by Cal Bank since yesternight I wonder if I should simply stop using Cal bank because you’re making my life miserable

Stay away from this App
This is the most useless app ever. Hasn’t been updated over 5years. Complicated and full of bugs, OTP doesn’t work. Transactions go missing. I really wish it gets banned.

I LIKE THE OLD ONE BETTER
This new update I got is not really helpful. It is slower than the previous version and the UI is not soo good. After successfully transferring funds, it takes me to a success animation page and I get stuck there. It appears the back button closer to the receipt button is below the phone screen and can’t be reached. Unless is close the app and restart. The receipt does not even load when I try to click it. That is if am lucky it appears on the screen. Also a very important feature was taken away. The previous one was able to send OTP both on the number via SMS and email , incase the SMS is facing network problems. Now it only send the OTP via SMS. When I am having telecommunication network problems, I am not able to receive the OTP via the SMS whereas the second option (email) has now been taken off, giving me no choice but to walk to the ATM.The app is also slower than the previous. Please attend to this problem.

I would’ve rated this 5 stars but it has some few floors. I tried to add a MOMO account but it keeps on prompting MAXIMUM MOMO ACCOUNT EXCEEDED. I deleted already existing ones to put in a new one but still gives me same message

Failed Attempt at trying to be a bank
Your app is trash, your banking systems and card are all a failed attempt to be a bank. Mimimum balance in account is always changed, card cant pay into most sites, customer service is slow and never resolves any issues. Just close down all your branches and sell it to the government. I’ll never bank with CalBank again
