Crap

I downloaded it, and it never even worked. Couldn't even put a password, couldn't do it after a reinstall. This is a piece of crap.

Need a fix

I just downloaded the app and it told me I needed to put in my password clicked ok and it said "error put in password" and goes back and for the between those never letting me try to put in a password

Haven't been able to get my files

I've been trying since 2013 to get in to this app and retrieve all my files and pictures and I've yet to be able too. I continue getting an error message despite me uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I also see the developers haven't updated this app since last year. So my question is this, is there any possible you guys can contact me individual and tell me what I can do to get all of my pictures and files back. Because I need them, and unfortunately I was depending on this to keep those files safe and now I can't even get past the error message. Please help me out, thank you.
