I downloaded it, and it never even worked. Couldn't even put a password, couldn't do it after a reinstall. This is a piece of crap.

I just downloaded the app and it told me I needed to put in my password clicked ok and it said "error put in password" and goes back and for the between those never letting me try to put in a password
Haven't been able to get my files
I've been trying since 2013 to get in to this app and retrieve all my files and pictures and I've yet to be able too. I continue getting an error message despite me uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I also see the developers haven't updated this app since last year. So my question is this, is there any possible you guys can contact me individual and tell me what I can do to get all of my pictures and files back. Because I need them, and unfortunately I was depending on this to keep those files safe and now I can't even get past the error message. Please help me out, thank you.

It used to work great, it had a decoy pin to a fake album incase someone made you enter in. It let you sync photos to and from the app through iTunes.
But now, after a clean restore and everything this app won't let you through to pick a pin. Do not download. Seems like a dead app with no updates.

This Is A Complete Rip Off! I know it is only 99 cents but come on. I bought it and it wont let me store any pictures. All it tells me is to "enter my password" i wont even let me do anything. I am so disappointed with this app. 👎👎

It worked good for a year and I had a lot of pics in there and now it won't let me back in its telling me to set up a password and it won't let me I'm more upset about loosing my pics now

DEVELOPERS please fix the problem, I re downloaded it, and it should still have my pics, but I go to try and enter my password and it keeps the greati go screen up and asks to enter passcode then asks to repeat! I need my pics! UPDATE!

Can't access after restoring
My pictures are backed up to the cloud but when I launch the app it tells me to put in a password followed by an error and pressing ok does nothing it just keeps popping up saying incorrect password. Don't know what to do. Can't access any of my photos

I paid and downloaded this app. It wouldn't let me make my initial password so hence couldn't use the app(tried re downloading it and still didn't work)- waste of money....

I loved the app up until i got on it one day and now everything i get on it, it tells me to put in my password and then before i can put in my password it says error please put in passwork. Please fix. Ill give 5 stars if fixed
