No Apple Wallet Support
I’ve now used this app for almost a decade and it’s baffling that the developers haven’t introduced Apple Wallet support still. The bar code format used by CPL may not be supported, but it can easily be embedded as an image in the card (see Air Miles as an example). I’ve rolled my own CPL Apple Wallet card for years, so it’s 100% doable. Reviews have complained about this for years. Just do it devs.

Logs the user out from every use.
This app uses to be very essential in signing out books and such but nowadays it logs me out after every use which becomes a nuisance after a whole.

If a password is right THE PASSWORD SHOULD BE RIGHT THIS APP SHOULD BE SENT TO THE DEEPEST PART OF HELL AND WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT OF A BARCODE SCANNER THAT DOESNT EVEN SCAN THE BAR CODE
Glitchy
Keeps glitching
Love it but glitchy
I love it for putting holds on books and finding books but I find it super glitchy. Closes all the time, lots of errors, makes me sign in multiple times, randomly signs me out, etc.
Half way through book now unavailable
Halfway through a suspenseful book and now it’s all the sudden not available and can’t even place hold on it. Frustrating.
Audiobooks
Continuously loses my place. I like to listen while doing other things, if I pause from Lock Screen then try to resume later the audio replays what I’ve already heard. Should pick up where it left off, not 15+ minutes earlier.
Does NOT work
Upon initial download received error trying to open. ‘Something isn’t right. Server responded with an error.’ Deleted and tried again. Was able to get to login screen, then ‘Something went wrong’. error message again when entering username/PW. I do was correct as same used to log into website. Waste of time. Deleted immediately.

Need ability to have multiple profiles
Hoping next update includes ability to toggle between cards/profiles. Then I can add my kid’s cards and not have to sign out and log in everytime I need to change user.

App works great, easy sign in, user friendly
Great, functional, needs notifications.
Looks and feels way better than it did last year. Smooth interface. Only thing it’s missing is notifications, so I don’t have to keep checking the app to see if my books are in.
Very convenient!
I really like having a digital library card, as well as being able to access my borrowing deadlines from my phone.
No Apple Wallet support
Please update this app and add Apple Wallet support rather than requiring a third party app to add my card to Apple Wallet

I always have to sign in every time I tap on the app, but I never used to have to do this. Please fix.

Scratch my old review they finny updated it. Kinda wish there was an iPad viewing but it’s okay it’s not that annoying. Tysm CPL.
Works as intended
For almost everything I use the app for, it works perfectly. The only thing I’d like is the ability to add my library card to apple wallet.

2021 review
Good user interface, easy to search books hold them and what not, would love, notifications for iOS, but maybe I’m just missing something. Overall, worth it.
