Horrible!

The concept is there, but it’s wild how inaccurate the arrival times are.

Bus times

Bus times aren’t always correct, mostly stop #5124 and #5292 but otherwise this app helps out a lot (not really).

Garbage app

Pain in the @@@

Went to plan out my trip tomorrow and found ALL my preset favourites gone. So I tried to put them back and the app didn’t save them. This is very disappointing and frustrating.

Late/ridiculous drivers

To day I was in a hurry and I still am, I’m writing this as I walk. I was waiting for the 126 Breaside bus and it was late AGAIN this bus is always late and it’s so infuriating! But today as I was waiting. It was not only late, it drive past me and left without stopping. I am going to me late for my extra math classes now because the drivers are always late and or don’t even stop!

Good app, needs improvement

Routes need improvement, Google routes still are more comprehensive.

Would be nice if there was a train timer/schedule for the train stations too, seeing as the stations have one already shouldn’t be hard to integrate into the app, like the bus timers are.

It’s hard to get the app to auto center on your location, it’s easier to close the app and re-open the app to get re-centered on your location.

Hopefully they can combine this with the transit app for buying/using tickets and passes.

Ummm

Really clunky design, barely useable can be better. maybe can make the bus times more obvious and make the
design better

Buses

The 3 route … every weekday I see this. They get bunched up after 5:45 and come within a few min of each other with invariably a large gap either before or after the bunch up. These need to be spaced out more even … and why can’t we see a map that indicates exactly where busses are instead of “expected arrival “ in minutes ?

Bad app

This app is horrible , hard to use and inaccurate 😡

BUS STOP “SNOW” REVIEW!

I thought I had it tough navigating the Transit System while using a cane? Then after our recent snowfall, I saw a couple of old timers with walkers. How can CT expect anyone to SAFELY get off of a bus when the ramp deploys into MIDAIR!!!! Guess I don’t have it too bad after all.

The app seems to work better than phoning in for information? Thanks for asking about the App. Take good care and enjoy the day! 👍

Terrible

Google maps knows more and is much easier to get info from

Take Calgary Transit they say

App is horribly inaccurate and practically useless. Buses don’t show up at estimated times. Route 131 may be the worst and CT does nothing about it. Sometimes 2 or 3 other routes (117, 151, 90, 5, 24) pass by before a 131. How is this good planning and management?

This is complicated

Change it back to the last app this is so much more complicated

Easy and friendly

So simple makes bus travel a joy

Response from developer

Thank you very much for your 5 star feedback and i am glad that you find this app easy to use and friendly :)

Have to uninstall app to change myID

I created a new myID for a student UPass ahead of starting in September. In order to go back to my main account to access my monthly pass for the last 2 weeks of the month, I had to uninstall and reinstall the entire app. There is a logout function, but no function to login using a different myID. I confirmed this with the the helpdesk. This seems so basic.
