Missed the bus again
Seems like every morning the app doesn’t work have to wait three hours for it to come back on. What up with that?
No bus route maps???
Why is it so difficult to see a map of where a bus goes?? Why do I need to use Google Maps instead of the actual, transit-made app??
This app is way too unreliable.
I started using this app because they shut down the previous one. Since then, I’ve honestly lost count concerning how many buses I’ve missed because of it. There have been times where literally looking at the app, with it saying that bus I need to catch across the street is 3 -5 minutes away. And as I’m waiting for the light to change so I can cross, the bus I need drives past and leaves before I can get there. There have been other times where I’ve been waiting at a stop as much as 8-10 early and when it finally says ‘DUE’, the bus never arrives and then says I have to wait another 10-15 minutes. If this happened once or twice, fine, things happen (buses break down, signals get crossed, etc). But this happens way too often with this app. It’s just way too frustrating. (I got rid of my car about 7 years ago, wanting to do the environmentally responsible thing and rely on my bike and city transit. The first three years were great. These past four years, however, I’ve had three bikes stolen and the wheels off my last bike stolen, and now this app sucks, so I’m again in the market for another car.)

Horrible!
The concept is there, but it’s wild how inaccurate the arrival times are.
Bus times
Bus times aren’t always correct, mostly stop #5124 and #5292 but otherwise this app helps out a lot (not really).
