I am a first time university student and rarely go in town let alone use public transportation. This app has helped me be on time for everything and not miss a bus.

Horrible 192 rerouting
Whoever came up with the detour reroute for the 192 should be fired.
Inaccurate & Inefficient
This app can be useful for single bus timings, but it’s also wrong a lot of the time. I’ve lived just off a major downtown route for 15 years. The bus is one of the first to start in the am. At 8am this morning the app said “no stops on this route for the next few hours”, although it showed up in the route planning section. That section, btw, is useless. It sent me all over the place on buses that don’t even make sense, gave me wildly inaccurate data on how many stops on those routes, and avoided the most obvious bus choices.

Rude Drivers - Terrible
I have travelled the world and used mass transit regularly. Your drivers (not just one bad apple) are a bunch of angry morons - probably union protected.

Schedule not accurate
The website indicates the Alderney ferry is currently on a reduced 30 minute interval schedule and the app still reports a 15 minute interval schedule
