Rude Drivers - Terrible
I have travelled the world and used mass transit regularly. Your drivers (not just one bad apple) are a bunch of angry morons - probably union protected.

Schedule not accurate
The website indicates the Alderney ferry is currently on a reduced 30 minute interval schedule and the app still reports a 15 minute interval schedule

Catching the bus is so much easier with this no matter how bad the buses smell still glad to get it over with as quickly as I can

Hard to follow gps not correct
I miss my bus all the time 67 never has accurate GPS, only shows one side of the route working sometimes, the driver always seems to be early or late but this is not a busy route that would have traffic delays. Might as well go back 20 years and take down the phone number and stop number and call to see, that is how accurate this is.

Not intuitive
The interface probably looks logical once you understand how it’s supposed to work, but looking at it completely cold it’s not. Planning trips yields weird bus routes, and whoever decided to put black text on a dark blue text box needs to go back to school.
Terrible!
This is the worse app I’ve ever used! Open the app click on a stop and it empty, no buses but the buses are running. App says bus is coming in 5 minutes but it’s driving by. App says bus is coming but it’s already gone by. Absolutely useless!
Undefined
Worked fine in Halifax (although a bit slow) for live schedules. Tried in Bedford and it hasn’t worked since even though it shows location on map; cannot even look up using stop numbers.

Undefined city?
All of a sudden, the app cannot find any routes nearby. It tells me I am in an undefined city, and won’t let me add Halifax again. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice so far.
Doesn’t work
Wants me to sign up and it never completes it and it’s not accurate. Yesterday o was on barrington stop and kept saying I was on Granville????

Useless
I’ve had this app for three months and take the bus nearly every day. Not once has this app provided accurate info.
Hard to use
Good app very informative but it’s not so user friendly. It’s complicated difficult to use.

No instructions on how to use this app. Estimates of bus waiting times are inaccurate. I find the printed schedule makes more sense.

Constant delays early in the morning.
Late
Buses are unacceptably late express busses a joke when it takes 75 minutes for a 20 minute car ride that is why more people are driving their vehicles. I used to be able to get to work in 30 minutes with the old real express system. The terminal parking lot should be filed with cars but it’s not as the transit system is not reliable

Smartphone app
The dark blue background with black lettering is impossible to see in the trip description, especially in the glare of the sun. I think you should stick to black-and-white and even with a magnifying glass the black and blue lettering is extremely difficult to read.
