Too difficult
It takes forever to make a simple repeat order. Stop requiring make and model of our car. It takes too much time to fill all that out. It should be much easier to request a reorder at the same location.
Doesn't Store Car Info
I love CCC, the food is fresh and healthy, and the people who work there are all super friendly. My biggest annoyance is having to input car info every. single. time. I use the app....and THEN inevitably when you get there they ask for the name on my order anyway, so what's the point?! Seriously, please fix that...otherwise keep up the good work.

Good app, food. Wish they had a rewards program
CCC is go-to spot for a solid, nutritious, filling meal. The app has improved a great deal over time and makes reordering easy. I wish CCC would roll out a rewards program for frequent diners or app users.
Horrible
The app doesn’t work for Northridge location. Every other location works fine. The point is not to wait for people who are on the go. Please fix this issue.
Trash app
Trash. No excuse I can’t call and order. Sends to the wrong store and there’s no way to change it. Very limited settings
App freezes when using Apple Pay
Overall the app is decent, however each time I go to pay I’ve noticed that the app freezes when I attempt to use Apple Pay. Otherwise the app is decent and the food is always good.

Forced to use broken iPad app
I used to be able to order California Chicken Cafe from the website on my iPad. Now attempting to view the website forces me to download this mobile app, which is basically nonfunctional on iPad (especially not in landscape mode when you’re using a keyboard).
Please either fix the app or go back to allowing iPad users to view the desktop version of the site if we want to. The site refuses to honor “Request Desktop Website” requests since the last update.

Good but could be improved
Much easier than ordering online since the app remembers your payment info, etc. It would be even better and save a lot of time if you had the option to quickly reorder past items (including any customizations) and store your car info so you didn’t have to input that in every time. Especially when you order multiple times a week like I do! :)

App is a good start but something’s not working…
Just a heads up: Apple Pay isn’t working as a payment option. I tried using it on another app and it worked just fine. But after selecting ApplePay it lets you select your preferred payment method for said applepay purchase then when you select “pay” the screen updates but then goes right back to the same cart screen with a pending balance.
What’s odd is that it says it goes thru in the app but it doesn’t update the cart screen, nor does it bill your card. iPhone is updated and latest app version is updated. Please fix. Thanks!
