Itemized order details issue
The itemized order details does not show the actual order details and missing 50% of my order and store also didn’t see the items that was ordered and paid for. Obviously server and kitchen used the same listing provided by the mobile ordering system. The issue is the email confirmation shows all the missing items not listed in the mobile app. Over and hour wasted to drive back to have the store correct the issue and provide the missing items.

App doesn’t load
I have been ordering daily for the last couple of months, the app doesn’t load most of the time unless i reload it. This time it hasn’t reloaded so I’ll need to order lunch elsewhere .

Simple and easy
Easy to order and it makes sure you order at the right location. I like that there are pictures of menu items too. Saves your favorite order with all the modifications so you don’t have to keep inputting it every time which is nice.
Easy App
Placed my first order using this app and I found it easy to use and navigate. Like that they offer Apple Pay for quick checkout.

App will not launch. Says app is for North American and will not update. Is the Los Angeles area not part of North America?

Not compatible with iOS 26
We’ve been ordering from “Cal Chick” for years - from before they had their own app. Since updating to iOS 26, the app has stopped fully working. Hope this a fix will be out soon - or we will be.
Works Great
Don’t listen to the other reviews the app works perfect and easy. You just select a location select the food you want and pay, thats it.
Major Downgrage
The only thing good that I can say about this app is that I did get the correct order. Unfortunately, when comparing features and layout, this new app is a major downgrade from the previous version.
Horrible interface
The previous versions of the app were much easier to navigate. This version seems to lack any type of “Home” button, meaning that, to get back to the “Order” interface, you literally have to “page back” THROUGH EVERY SINGLE PAGE you’ve already visited, until you hit the last instance of the your visit to an order screen. If you’ve placed a large number of items in the cart, good luck to you. There is also an inordinate of swiping required and packed pages that are confusingly organized. Whoever designed this should be demoted. It makes ordering more food difficult (which would seem to run against the goals of a restaurant).

Horrible user experince
It should never be this hard to order food simplify your stuff use toast or something did the guy who designed this app get the job from nepotism or something because they should have never been given that job
Bad New App
This new app is terrible. Their old one was great. This one makes you give your info to a third party so you can order faster the way you did on the prior app, but then it doesn’t let you sign in, so that part is useless. CCC get your act together!
Needs improvement
The previous version of the app was better to order catering right now I have to go the website in order to make a delivery order and that is not ideal when I’m not in from of my computer so I give this only 1 start. As for small order the app has a slight improvement but by not much

The previous iteration of the app was significantly easier to use and navigate. It also defaulted to my nearby location which this one does not despite it being ‘hearted’.
Not sure what the complaints were before, but I can definitely see what they are now.
More clicks, more swipes, more entering info that should easily be saved or referenced. It’s harder to see or find menu items and it’s overall clunkier to use.
The previous version worked great — who convinced you this was better? Did you try using it before pushing it out to users?

Error ordering
When placing an order I get “Something is wrong. Error validated your basket.”
I just want to place an order, why does the new app not work?. Old app was better. Spoke with my local CCC and says everyone is having issues with the app.

Clumsy app
Shows that there’s tax on my order (shouldn’t be any tax) then it disappears checkout. Ask for too much info - just want to pay
