New UX is bad
They updated the app and made it worse. Still no integration with safari. Tickets tab takes you away from the app to safari, where it tells you that you can’t save tickets to your wallet without safari. lol. Classic Cal. This is Jenny and Jay’s legacy. Get some real leadership in the AD, now.
So much potential
Disappointing app. Trying to find my tickets and it says “unsupported browser, use safari or chrome” which I have. Developers aren’t keeping up. This really needs to work. It’s close, but still lots of bugs.
Ticket purchase process is a fumble
Ticket purchase for an individual game doesn’t work.
Horrible app
The functionality, user interface, navigation are the worse you’ll see. A beginner’s middle school cider class could do better. This year Cal top off their incompetency; I can longer see my season ticket order and only two years’ past orders. I have to call or text into customer service to find out what’s going on. They’re totally deaf to any customer issue.
