Payed $40, never received my certificate

I completed my online course, payed the $40 and they told me I would receive it in 10-14 days by mail. It’s been 1 month and 4 days since they’ve told me and still haven’t received nothing. I’ve tried contacting them by email 2 times and they didn’t contact me back.

This app works for like 8 chapters and then it starts saying “please wait” with a loading sign and doesn’t allow you to continue/press anything on the screen. i uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but to no avail. my internet is perfectly working and i am running ios 15
