Lots of issues

The app crashes. Logs out. The tests after each unit doesn’t give you what you got wrong so hard to learn from mistakes. Wish I had gotten different app. To far into it to change now.

Can never login

I’ve been trying for about an hour to login into my account and it keeps telling me I have the wrong email and password when I’ve reset the password and this is the only email we’ve used for the app.

Wont let me into my account, it says I have the wrong password. I know I don’t, I created the account today. I tried to reset my password and it says it’ll send me an email but it doesnt.

Horrible

Don’t waste your time or money on this! Customer service is awful as well and they are very hard to understand. My son can’t even finish the course and they won’t refund my money.
