Can never login
I’ve been trying for about an hour to login into my account and it keeps telling me I have the wrong email and password when I’ve reset the password and this is the only email we’ve used for the app.

Wont let me into my account, it says I have the wrong password. I know I don’t, I created the account today. I tried to reset my password and it says it’ll send me an email but it doesnt.
Horrible
Don’t waste your time or money on this! Customer service is awful as well and they are very hard to understand. My son can’t even finish the course and they won’t refund my money.
Huge time lag in receiving certificate
Giving two stars because the app was user-friendly and my son learned the necessary material and passed the test easily. However, lots of problems getting the certificate and I ended up having to shell out an extra $30 to get it. I ordered the certificate on February 7, and - when it hadn’t arrived - ordered it again on February 17. Both times I was assured that it would be put in the mail the next day, but I never received either copy. The company insists that both copies must have gotten lost by USPS (which seems highly unlikely). I finally agreed to shell out $30 to get the certificate sent by fedex, and so finally received it on February 25. I never did get anything from the post office that was postmarked Feb 8 or Feb 18, but I did eventually get a certificate in the mail that was postmarked February 25 - nearly three weeks after we finished the course and a day after I sent them $30 (which they are declining to refund). I’d look elsewhere for a drivers ed course unless you’re prepared to add $30 onto the cost of the course.

It asked me to pay 14.98 then charged me 35 I finished the chapters and then I paid to take the final exam but it says “Disabled customer cannot take final exam”

I finished the course passed the final exam just so that i can never receive my certificate i even emailed them and got no response.
SCAM !
Please please do not waste your time with this awful company i was scammed. I paid the $40 for the full course and on the app it said i didnt but i was charged. I contacted them they asked for a receipt so i provided that through email. It has been almost 3 WEEKS and no response back from that email i sent . Ive called and was told twice they would call back and i havent recieved any response back. I work in customer service and i am a very patient person and have never had to write a negative review but after my horrible experience with this program i urge people not to buy.

Can’t login
I made an account yesterday and I was gonna start working on it today. I opened the app today and put in my login and password and it said one of them was wrong. When I pressed forgot password it sent me an email TELLING ME MY EMAIL and not my password. I’d would really not like to spend another 36$ and make a new account. I’m really frustrated and there’s no number I can cal or anything

No picture
I was doing a quiz and it asked me, “what does this sign mean?” But there was no picture so I had no clue . There was multiple questions like that . I didn’t pass the quiz because of it . Please help
Don’t get it!!!
It’s literally the worst app ever! It’s so hard to get through all the chapters and there is so much. They don’t refund you even if you barley started the course. Definitely not worth your time and money. They charge you again if you don’t complete it in enough time.
AVOID
As someone who really can’t afford tiny frivolous transactions. It’s best to just download a better app that’s free.
Not the best customer service
I bought the lesson and the audio update but when I bought the audio upgrade I received it but when I bought the lesson it says I purchased it but it didn’t give me the lesson got with customer service and it seemed like they knew nothing about this service they also said they couldn’t do anything about till Monday I bought this on Friday so they said they’ll give me a call back on Monday about it I got no call but I got on the phone with them and it was even worse customer service they did nothing about it but when I got a new agent on email they took care of the problem fast and I got my lessons thank you to Beverly D for the fast and way better service cause I would have done a one star if it wasn’t for you

Payment issue
I used up my free trial and came back to the app a week later and payed the full course and everything off and it still says I need to pay which makes no sense.
Forgot password
I forgot my password and clicked the forgot my password and I still haven’t gotten an email so I can’t login in to the app
Terrible
I paid money for this and all of a sudden my “free trial” is over???? I did not exceed the time limit so this makes absolutely no sense I was very close to finishing and now I can’t even do anything

App is fantastic. Finished the course quickly and easily. Make sure to update your iPhone to the latest iOS update to ensure app works perfectly

Only criticism would be to make the tests a little more challenging, but you could just as easily find practice tests online for free.
