I love the CRMLS App , I use it all the time !!
Many good functions are now gone after recent forced update
These functions are no longer available: 5-6 status are now down to active and pending only, Open House info, show instructions, search by when the listing came out of market, etc. Those are many useful functions now gone. Why?
Buggy for months
I can’t log in anymore! Can login the web just fine with creds but from the app it’s a futile exercise. Fix this!
Slow app fix it
The app is so slow and it those not load fast enough and it lags needs coding or update. From x asap we pay high mls fees
No response
All my data was erased and was told I would be called back before they closed at 5pm but nothing so my clients have to wait until tomorrow now.
Not working
This app randomly won’t work. For 1.5 weeks it’s been trying to get me to sign into a homespotter account and then crashing.
I can’t even login
It’s nuts because I can’t even login to my account at all. I can login with my credentials just fine, however, when I goto the app and try to sign in, it states that there’s an error….
Search bar
Two things about the search bar. I wish it was a little bigger and when you start typing in the search bar and switch to another application, it erases what you already typed. It would be nice if it didn’t erase what you’re typing while you’re looking at another app.

Limited filters
The app has removed the different statuses. It only has active and pending. Several other filters are no longer available either within the past 3 days. It is now 2/10/2025.
What just happened?
This app was killer, but I swear in the last several months I have seen so many glitches and bugs and now even when you type in the full address or the MLS ID it doesn’t even pull up the property like this is an absolute waste of time…
I uninstalled and then reinstalled hoping that would be better. Nada.

This app is very easy to use and when I’m at my showings or on the go it’s simple to navigate and share.

Great! Easy to use..easy to use, clients are happy to use something easy and useful to use.
Not working.
Such a garbage app. I can’t even create a cart for my client. Every time I go to add phone number it just freezes and kicks me out the app.

Homesnap is better? I think so
Unfortunately I have to keep my Homesnap membership because this app doesn’t allow the very basic but most used features that HomeSnap offers. I’m not alone. Feel free to call me to over agent experience improvements
Convenient when I’m on the go.
As a realtor on the go driving through different neighborhoods and getting phone calls at all different times of the day. Using this app on the go is amazing. Searching for properties getting information about details on homes at my fingertips is a game changer. Forwarding and being able to share a listing to my clients phone is the best part. Secondly, communicating with the agent, hooking showings, asking questions and doing it by phone or text or email fantastic. Keep making upgrades.
