The app doesn’t force you into a subscription and gives you good bodyweight exercises to get you sweating and shredding calories, the comercial was a massive seller and the fantasy style progress makes it fun and easy to understand

Don’t bother . In a world where people appreciate a personable experience this app takes that away. Instead of being fun and encouraging people to use a basic free workout and then unlock more they want you to pay just to use it . What a way to kill an app. I wouldn’t download this again if you paid me . There’s plenty of wonderful people on the internet who offer what this man makes you pay for and they do it for free and with very kind intentions. Save your money and make sure you look more carefully for the good people .

Me and my wife use it

My wife and I use it because we needed something to guide us. Only suggestion would be adding if you have access to a smith machine or not in the equipment section!! Besides that it is great

I Am Broke

I was pretty intrigued by the idea of a workout app that allows you to progress in it. The app has multiple different workouts plans, each with a specific goal in mind. Unfortunately, after making an account, inputting all of my information regarding my age, height, weight, and sex, and selecting my program, I was met with a subscription screen. I didn’t see anything about this before downloading the app, though admittedly I didn’t look very hard. I found no way to do a free version at all. If you’re willing to pay, I bet the app is fantastic.
