Amazing

It’s the most straightforward and easy to use app I’ve ever used and the barcode scanner worked for all Walmart products I buy

It works

It’s simple. You count what you eat and you’ll lose weight. This app lets you so that.

Not getting search results

It shows Error whenever i try to search anything

Search broken

Tried to use search and just end up with "Error Occurred" all the time. Not sure what's wrong.

Update

Please make a feature to edit our calorie goal as well as fat , protein and carbs goal as well

How to track calories burnt ?

I don’t see or can’t find any option to record how much calories burnt in this app

Free and truly free

It’s quick and easy to use, and free! No in-app purchases. No subscriptions.

Could use more features, like the ability to manually add new foods, or edit portion sizes, or edit past entries (on past days), but for free, it’s the best I’ve found so far.

I don’t mind paying $0-$10 for an app. But these other guys, $69 for a 6 month subscription? To track macros? No way! So, CalorieKit for me for now.

Search is not showing correct results

I tried searching Indian food
Chole Bature
Sabudana Kichedi
Etc
The search results are not related or similar food.

Improve your database for indian food also tune the search logic and results.

Great

Very easy to use and no features locked behind a ridiculous paywall.

exactly what i needed

excellent app. NO micro transactions.

Good app, can be great

One important feature lacking is adding custom food items. Like with name, servicing size and nutrition information. Otherwise makes the app not the right fit for me

Simple and Exactly what I needed

Simple and Exactly what I needed

No way to track specific consumption

While the app’s UI is good, there is no way to enter data other than the predefined portion sizes. If I ate something that was only 70 g there is no way to enter that into the app, because it only allows tracking it based on multiples of 100 grams. When I searched for “yoghurt” and tried to select my brand of yoghurt it will only allow me to input multiples of “1 container”?? That doesn’t make any sense. Please add ability to enter data down to 1g.

Can’t get it to work

It won’t let me click on anything, and won’t go past the opening screen.

Response from developer

Hello, if you’re still facing the issue, drop me an email at support@caloriekit.app and I will help you fix it. Thanks.

Excellent

Cute icon and easy to use. Hope I lose weight quickly.

I can’t get past the staring screen!!

i’m using an iPod Touch 7. The green button below “Get Started Now” is ‘below’ my screen and I can’t press it.

Nice App

Very easy and simple to use. Iets you log meals without any paywall.

I like how the barcode scanner is free on this app

Features Request

Can you add UK based foods also can you add manual input so if a food isn't recognised via bar code then you can manually enter food name and nutritional information

Response from developer

Thank you for the thoughtful review. I will be adding manual input in the upcoming updates and UK based food to the database will be added in future updates. Thanks for using my app.

App I always wanted!

I eat as what the app says... It has become an integral part of my life... I am feeling very healthy and productive now. All thanks to this app, and thanks to the amazing developer.
