Interrupts with marketing notifications
One of those obnoxious apps where useful notifications are mixed in with vapid marketing messages. You enable notifications so you can get updates on your service, not so you can advertise getting a taxi to the airport, like that’s something I do twice a day.

price is always higher than the app tells you it will be
says my fare is 26-28 pounds but then i’m on a meter and get charged £34 with no explanation or apology - you have to pay the extra no matter what app says. also the driver was terrible - went wrong 3 times and had to turn around all costing me extra money - also stopped at green light?? and makes huge driver errors on motorways -very strange for someone that drives every day ?
