Ok but !!
The first driver who took me to home after dropped off my car for repairs, was brilliant. He was very friendly and welcoming. And felt safe with him driving.
Though the second driver was not as customer focused and had a heavy right foot, he made me feel unsafe, and I had to hold on at times. His Skoda had an amber engine management light on, and he didn’t seem to be bothered about it. Even though I could hear the car wining as he drove.
I believe that all vehicles should be fully serviced and in complete roadworthiness, which clearly this one was not.

Good app just stop allowing the drivers to reject you when they’ve said their coming to pick you up
Good app but drivers should not be allowed to drop you or reject picking you up and choosing to pickup different customers while you’re waiting for a ride. The amount of times I’ve been waiting for a car and it goes found you a car your driver will be 6 mins away and when it goes driver rejected and it goes back to finding you a car. And this can be repeated over and over again and again twice now I’ve walked home in the rain cause it was quicker than waiting for another driver. And they should not be allowed to reserve customers when they’re still on the last job and half an hour away.

There the most slowest taxi service I’ve ever had could book the day before and your still waiting half an hour it’s shocking wouldn’t even rate them 1 star

Terrible drivers shouldn’t be aloud to say they will pick you up and are 3 mins away to them cancel on you I had 6 drivers cancel on me today and I was waiting over an hour. Thanks for making me late to work.
Apple Pay no longer works
No longer allows me to use Apple Pay so this is worthless now. It keeps telling me to check my settings but there are no settings to check. Unfortunate, because this was such a good app.
