Nothing wrong with Royal, but perhaps updating your gps systems would be a good idea.

The App Doesn’t work
I’ve been using their app for years & now all of a sudden I’m having to sign back in, even then it won’t allow me to use the app.
I’ve deleted the app & re downloaded it so many times now.
Is this app an actual Joke? At least give us an app that we can down load & that actually works, would be much appreciated 👍🏼 Just saying

This app is ridiculous
I like the royal cars and all good service but my car had broke down and I needed a taxi back home and the app had me logged out for no reason. So I try to verify by pressing on all cars, traffic lights and all but then it says error and later say I can’t log in cuz too many attempts. I can always use the app except when I have an emergency 😡
