Late caused to miss my train, was told sorry
A joke of a taxi, the fact that the taxi was booked to a train station might give away that it was needed to be on time, I booked for 7.30 the taxi arrived at 7.46 for a 7.49 train the journey is 10 mins max. When I contacted them I was told “sorry” still got billed

Can’t fault this company one bit!
This taxi company truly is the most reliable and trustworthy I’ve ever known. They’re so accommodating when it comes to SEND/Medical issues (e.g. ASD/epilepsy). I’d rather wait for a taxi from this company if there’s a queue, than go to another and feel uncomfortable and on edge! The drivers are lovely, chatty and polite. The prices are fair, not extortionate. The office staff/receptionists are always happy to help and have a positive attitude, they go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe journey and positive experience each and every time. The app is brilliant, you can see where the closest taxi is to your current location, it figures out how long it would take to reach you if you placed a booking there and then, and it also gives you the drivers name, car registration and the option to either book through the app or call the company.
