Just wanted to estimate how much a fare would be but unfortunately the app requires you to sign up.

Never turned in!

This app would work loads better if they turned it on! I know there’s issues with driver shortages etc but why advertise having the app if it’s not in use! At least update social media to let customers know it’s off.

App never works

The app never lets you book, always comes up with an error message saying “cannot accept bookings at this time” it doesn’t matter what time, location or day you pick it’s the exact same message. It’s been over a week since the app has worked and even before that 9/10 the app wouldn’t accept any bookings.
