Horrible service
The cars always seem to stink and the time management is so bad sometimes even though a taxi says it’s 2 mins away you end up waiting 15 minutes just for a lift
Card payment is broken
I can’t pay by Apple Pay or card in the app. Tried three cards from three different banks which all work everywhere else and all were rejected. If you try and do it at the booking stage then it locks you out of the app for half an hour or so.
Used to work fine, they don’t seem to be in a hurry to fix it though. Guess they like being paid in cash best.

Absolutely rubbish
What the hell! Used this app and it stopped working. Tried to reset my account details and it just kept rejecting password. Prior to this it would not let me make a booking kept looping round the from and to options. Terrible!
Awful App
I’ve booked on number of occasions. App has taken my money off my card, but booking has not gone through! Rang Taxi Office and they said ring Admin Office next working day! Why should I! Also, app stated taxi had been dispatched, then it stated that it hadn’t. Just awful App! Very disappointed on several occasions!

Changing fare half way through journey
Change fare half way through journey with out saying anything but not my problem take it up with the office. The app gave me a set price for my journey then added £8 on and took from my bank without informing me surely this is illegal. Worst taxi firm ever taxi driver was confrontational and just said not my problem told him I wanted to get out and wasn’t paying that price to be told I can’t and he wasn’t stopping
