The app won’t allow me to pay by card, everytime I want a taxi I have to walk to a bank machine before hand

I have used this app 3 times and it has worked very well on each occasion. Not sure why the three reviews on here are so low. I am using them again tomorrow and have pre booked the car. I would definitely recommend
