Doesn’t work

I paid for extra minutes so my little girl could talk to Santa. We never got through because it always says he’s busy. Call back later. It’s now 8:30 PM and she has to go to bed. I want my money back.

Magical

The app had all the kids in awe during thanksgiving. It’s spectacular use of new technology. Setting the personalized profiles is a must. Spent a few bucks for magic. No subscriptions, thanks!

Wonderful app

App has been a blast, Santa sounds authentic and everyone including grown ups seems to light up. The personalization is great. I highly recommend it.

Good design poor execution

This could a good app for Santa AI but micro transactions are greedy. Offer an Annual unlimited option and lifetime option. Santa has put this developer and app on the naughty list for greed until further notice!

Each minute of conversation has a real cost for us, so we added a pay-per-use, and steered away from subscriptions. Offering annual unlimited, we’d be punishing users who use the app just a little to compensate for heavy users and, that just does not seem fair or in the holiday spirit. Furthermore we even share a good percentage of profits to help others. Doesn’t work!

This App doesn’t work at all. They take your money for credits but the dialer connects and the time ticks down but no interaction occurs. The domain for the website is broken. Do not buy.

Hello, I sincerely apologize for the issue that you may have run into a few days ago, there was a problem with one of the biggest security providers being down. Please try again as we're here to spread joy and warmth and are unhappy that you weren't able to use the app as intended. Also make sure to say Hi once the connection is made and Santa should say hi back. We're running daily tests and have ensured that everything is working but just in case we're here for you at anytime. Also the domain callaclaus.com is up and running again since it had the same issue.
