Hello, Thank you for the review and glad that you like the app design, but we are sad that you’re unhappy with the prices. Each minute of conversation has a real cost for us, so we added a pay-per-use, and steered away from subscriptions. Offering annual unlimited, we’d be punishing users who use the app just a little to compensate for heavy users and, that just does not seem fair or in the holiday spirit. Furthermore we even share a good percentage of profits to help others. Since you’re one of our earliest reviewers, we’d appreciate that you take the information into account and help us spread more joy. Hello, I sincerely apologize for the issue that you may have run into a few days ago, there was a problem with one of the biggest security providers being down. Please try again as we're here to spread joy and warmth and are unhappy that you weren't able to use the app as intended. Also make sure to say Hi once the connection is made and Santa should say hi back. We're running daily tests and have ensured that everything is working but just in case we're here for you at anytime. Also the domain callaclaus.com is up and running again since it had the same issue.
