Love Call Emmy!

I have been using Call Emmy monthly to weekly for over 2 years and am a huge fan! The technology is not totally dialed, but the services have been excellent — from deep cleaning to chores. I highly recommend!

Doesn’t work - possible scam?

I logged in, put in last minute request, get confirmation of accepted sitter. When I try to contact sitter within the app, I get no response. Then the sitter profile and ability to contact disappears completely and I get logged out with no way to log back in (just error message of “something went wrong”). Trying to reset password to possibly login in that way also only results in a “something went wrong” message and no password reset email received. Got charged the fee tho…

I keep getting an error page when trying to browse providers. Seems like it could be a great service if it worked.

DO NOT USE FOR BABYSITTING!!!

Absolutely a rip off and do not recommend. If you are sick and have to cancel the morning of - they charge you! Your sitter doesn’t show up they probably charge you for that too and still blame the parents. Absolutely ridiculous, their customer service, the “refund policy” is an absolute joke!

Guess I learned the hard way and will never be using this app again. Thankfully there are other and this is one to warn other parents about. Oh and even if you cancel within 24 hours they still charge you . Save yourself the headache and go with Care.com or another sitter app.
