Got yearly payment and cut my service!!!
After no problems with this software and paying annually for the past few years, this company decided to take my money and act like they didn’t receive anything. Now my recordings are being held hostage, where I can’t replay or anything else until I pay them again??? And I’ve sent them two messages, with NO RESPONSE!!

This app has NEVER failed me. Needed this for court and it kept my recording 3 months. I give 5 stars
Didn’t record all my audios
I have to go in every now and again to let the recordings load. I hadn’t gone in for a couple months and I am missing almost all the recordings.
No notification cancelled for no reason!
Even though I paid for a one year subscription when I attempted to record a very important I cannot get it to work. It is supposed to automatically record all incoming and outgoing calls and it is not doing well. It doesn’t seem to make any difference whether I open the app or not it just doesn’t work call today it acted like it was working normally when I pressed the call now button and hit dial the phone number it gave me the tone. So then I called my contact and hit the merge button just like the instructions say. I am not new at this and know I did it correctly. After we had our conversation I hung up and Bingo, no recording! So finally I navigated to the settings tab where a big box pops up and says “restore service”. I touch that and it pops up and says your “service is now active”. What good is the service if you can’t trust it to be there when you need it and it doesn’t even bother to tell you when it isn’t?

yes, it records calls, but it sounds like it was recorded off of the inside of a microwave. the audio is very unclear and crunchy, and it's hard to tell what you're saying.

Does not record the phone calls and fails to inform you, leading you to think it’s recording. Very unreliable

I use this for work- thank god I have a backup. For an hour very important recording, I received 45 min of! Where’s the last 15 min?? I’ve tried numerous times to reach their customer service - nonexistent 😡 always have a back up
Great but buggy of late
Ive been using this for about a year and it’s been absolutely wonderful. No issues. Once in a while a call longer than an hour it would cut off. But that’s it. I always use to meeting bridge calls without issue but lately there’s been really bad static anytime I do a conference call. I hope they fix that because it’s great but now I’m forced to look for other call record apps

This is the only way it can be done on iPhone would love to just be able to record without merging calls but since that isn’t an option this app works great and exactly like it should

It impressed
I was not impressed disappointed yes. There are others out there that when you answer or make call it automatically begins recording

I have emailed 5 times no response. Paying for a subscription snd it doesn’t work. Says it doesn’t recognize my phone number, it hasn’t changed

Because you have to call a number and then merge calls instead recording the calls automatically (shake my head).
