Got yearly payment and cut my service!!!

After no problems with this software and paying annually for the past few years, this company decided to take my money and act like they didn’t receive anything. Now my recordings are being held hostage, where I can’t replay or anything else until I pay them again??? And I’ve sent them two messages, with NO RESPONSE!!
